The honorable Dr. Sayed Wahidullah Sadat was born on 26/04/1994 in Kabul city, into a devout family belonging to the Sadat tribe, and is originally from Sanglakh village, Jalriz District, Maidan Wardak Province.
Dr. Sadat enrolled in Malika Suraya Girls' High School in the 4th street of Taimani, Kabul, in 2002 and continued his primary education there up to the sixth grade with top overall marks. Due to a change in location, he completed his middle school at Shahrak-e Safa High School in District 13 of Kabul and his high school period at Mir Ghulam Mohammad Ghubar High School in Kabul, graduating in 2013.
After passing the Kankor (university entrance exam), he entered the Faculty of Journalism at Kabul University. Simultaneously, due to his interest in medicine, he enrolled in the Faculty of Medical Technology at a private university. He graduated from both universities with two bachelor's degrees in 2017, and subsequently obtained his specialization (fellowship) in Medical Hematology.
Furthermore, he completed his master's degree in General Psychology at Tajik National University, his doctorate in Clinical Psychology in Kazakhstan, and his post-doctorate (Postdoc) in Family Psychology in the USA. He achieved his Professorship rank from the International Education and Training in the UAE and also holds three honorary doctorates and a specialization in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Notably, all his studies from the master's level onwards were completed online.
Since 2013, Dr. Sadat has been active in various sectors and has rendered significant services in the fields of education, medicine, human rights, culture, and society, which are detailed below:

My name is Zohal Zamani. I was born in 1992 in Kabul, Afghanistan. After graduating from school, I continued my studies in the field of education and became a teacher.
Following that, due to a strong personal interest in medicine, I enrolled at Khatam Al-Nabiyyin University in Kabul in 2019. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Midwifery in 2022 and subsequently completed two years of mandatory service.
I then joined the Afghan Girls Online University. I first served as the Dean of the Nursing Faculty, and later as the Vice President of Student Affairs and a member of the university's administrative board. However, due to personal commitments and a lack of sufficient time, I resigned from the position of Vice President of Student Affairs. I am currently serving as a member of the university's leadership team.
I am happy to stand alongside my sisters and colleagues, even from a distance. I am dedicated to serving my sisters who have been deprived of education in these trying times, as the doors of educational hope have been closed to them. We strive to reopen those doors of hope and learning for them.

Sayed Abbas Hashmat Mosawi, born in 1985, is a prominent figure in health, education, and the management of scientific institutions in Afghanistan. He completed his medical studies in Iran, graduated in Nursing in Afghanistan, and earned a degree in Political Science from Khatam al-Nabieen University.
He has extensive experience in public health, training, and administration, having previously worked with institutions such as Ibn Sina and UN-Habitat, and as President of Marketing for national television networks.

I am Nilofar Sidiqi, daughter of Gulabuddin Sidiqi, born in 2001. My original residence is Bazarak District, Panjshir Province. I completed my education from elementary to high school at Bibi Amini Girls' High School in Kabul city and graduated from it in the year 1399 [2020]. In 1401 [2022], I enrolled in Baber Health Sciences Institute in the field of Midwifery and completed four semesters there. Subsequently, I joined the AGIOU to continue my studies and graduated from this university with a bachelor's degree in 1404 [2025].
I successfully completed my practical training and work placements at Istiqlal, Ali Jinnah, and Rabia Balkhi Hospitals. During my academic and professional journey, I have served and continue to serve as the Academic Manager, General Manager of Student Affairs, General Manager, and now as the Administrative and Financial Deputy of the AGIOEARMC.

After the change of government, I worked for three years as the Head of Human Resources at Killid Radio.
